The time has finally come, I have uploaded (after a few minor adjustments) the final print document to the printer last Sunday and changed the status of the project to “Direct Access” which means you can now order your very own copy of Semmie the Forest Gnome! Finally, my very first book is a fact and it looks great! Its ages since I been so proud

This story is about Hop, an Easter Bunny who is still in training and who accidentally destroys all Easter eggs on the day before Easter. This is not appreciated at all, since every single child in the world will be very disappointed when there are no Easter eggs for Easter this year. The Head Easter Bunny is so angry with Hop he sends him away telling him not to come back unless he has found a new pile of Easter eggs.
And with this search for Easter eggs begins Hop’s adventure where he will make new friends and together they face all kinds of challenges.
Hop the almost Easter Bunny is a children’s reading book for children up to 12 years. Unfortunately Hop the almost Easter Bunny is not yet available in English.
Announcement
A while back Jason Brubaker, creator of the online graphic novel ReMIND asked if there were people interested in making a guest page for the ReMIND website. Because he needed some time after finishing book 1 to work on book 2 before he can publish new pages on his website.
Christopher Wrann creator of the online graphic novel Aquarium Drinking responded by making a 9 page story about a minor character named Bran-Jar. The story is about the events that might have taken place after he encounters stories protagonist.
Christopher also single handedly convinced 8 other comic creators (including myself) to participate in this amazing project. Every page will be drawn by a different artist in his or her own style.
Starting next Monday (March 14th) anew page will be published on the ReMINDblog and StudioJoost.nl (and the website of the other contributors). The other contributors (and there awesome!) are:

To the printer!
The Dutch version of Hop the almost Easter bunny has been send to the printer! It has become a beautiful story about friendship and perseverance. It is 60 pages thick including 8 black and white illustrations and 1 full-color cover. I am sorry to say it is not yet translated into English so you will not be able to use the pre-order menu above just yet.
