Thanks M!
Colors do look better don't they! Each page I'm struggling with the colors, I'm always happy with it but somehow they'r not like the colors I have in mind. Jus t have to keep pushing I guess.
Next pages will become quite a chalenge since the color scheme wil change dramatically.

I'm glad you noticed the metaphor, It's just the effect I hoped it would be. It's not just a conversation, but a process where they fisically and mentaly separate.

Thanks again!

This page is a really interesting turn in the story, as you say - and it points up the fact that you mentioned earlier, that the bear is actually a lot wiser than he seems, but simply doesn't have the proper means of communicating it. I like that he speaks in symbols, but that you make no attempt to explain exactly how or why Sem understands, or to what extent - it's just an accepted part of their interaction that there is an incomplete understanding between them. The colors on this page seem gentler to me than previous ones - it may simply be bthat I haven't looked closely at it in a few days, but I think that the slightly lower saturation in the background gives Semmie and the Bear a significant "punch" that makes the page really readable. And the broken panels in the middle of the page, 3-4 and 5-6, which could be single panels but are separated, are a really good use of the gutter as a visual metaphor, showing that the two characters are having a miscommunication. Overall another really effective page!

Hey Joost, weer een pagina af :-) Blijft leuk die iconentaal. En paneel 7 is heel fraai in perspectief! Alleen paneel 6 is in het engels, is dat bewust?
We wachten met spanning op de volgende.....
